    For Over 40 Years Tim Waterson has been dedicated to helping drummers by focussing on their individual needs and teaching a variety of techniques that allow them to adapt to every musical situation, and coaching drummers on applying these ergonomic techniques to their drumming.

    In 1989 Tim won the "Canwood Drum Warz Competition" in Edmonton, Alberta. In 1990 Tim authored his first instructional video Cymbals, Drums, and Rhythms. followed by Drumming Creatively. In 2000, Tim created the WFD World Record on Big Breakfast TV by being the first drummer in history to play over 1,000 Beats on a bass drum in one Minute.

    In 2001 Tim pushed the record to to 1,153 bpm on Discovery Channel Extreme Body Parts. In 2001 Tim's article How to Develop Fast Feet was featured in Drum Magazine. That year, at The Montreal Drum Festival, Tim pushed the record to 1,289 bpm.

    In 2002 at Musician's Institute in Hollywood, Tim became the first person in history to play 1,407 beats in 60 Seconds, creating the newest WFD World Record.
